A small, picturesque community approximately 1 mile from downtown Clemson, we are directly on the city bus line (CAT) and local school bus routes.
Due to the government tax credit program we are under, we do have certain student and income restrictions. Our program is designed to provide quality, affordable housing to moderate/middle income households. Though we welcome students and have many residing at Sterling Woods, they have all met at least one of the following stipulations: One or more occupants must be: a part-time student, not a student (includes unborn babies), a single parent with at least one dependent in the household, a legally married couple or a student from a foster home background.
From Hwy. 123, turn by Sonic onto College Ave. Turn right at 1st light onto Calhoun. Go 1 block and turn left onto Clemson St. Immediately veer to the right onto Old Central. Linday will be on the right.
